Mike Qaissaunee was nice enough to send me an email about a green tour of Google’s campus.   This is a great example of a company trying to do more than just make a profit.  They have shuttles for employees, solar panels, goats mowing the lawn, healthy buildings, electric/hybrid cars, composting, etc.

  • Turning on the lights: The rooftops at our headquarters are covered in 9,212 photovoltaic solar panels that produce 1.6 MW of electricity — enough energy to power about 1,000 California homes.

What would happen if every company started incorporating some of these practices into their culture?
