Last of NPR’s Energy Series
EUC May 1st, 2009This is the last day of NPR’s energy series: Power Hungry: Reinventing the U.S. Electric Grid. Today’s stories focus on Could Energy Innovation Create a ‘Green Bubble’? and A New Grid May Be Needed, But So Are New Habits.
The whole series was very interesting – there are a lot of challenges to setting up a new power grid – which, is antiquated in many parts of the country. Once the grid is upgraded and smart, alternative energies hooked up, one of the big issues is it is still up to everyone else to use power wisely.
