Hi everyone,

As Mark Viquesney mentioned in his blog posting the other day, the Work Ready Electronics project is availabled online at http://www.work-readyelectronics.org/ The Work Ready Electronics project (WRE) is a collection of twenty four resources on relevant topics in electronics technology. Each of these topics when the project was begun did not or was very lightly covered in most the current electronics textbooks. Even today these same topics are still not heavily covered and should be in our textbooks.

This set of free resources contains topics such as Switching Power Supplies, Fourier Theory, Wireless Communication, Digital Signal Processing, Programmable Logic Controllers, Embedded Microcontrollers, and many more relevant technologies that are needed by our students before they our electronics education programs. Each resource topic has developed PowerPoint Presentations, Knowledge Probes, Drill Down exercises, Lab activities and other resources that can be used either seperately or as a whole instructional set of resources. The only thing you have to supply is your story on the particular topic you are teaching. Work READY Electronics is ready when you are. If you happen to like or would like to see other topics in the future, please post a note to this blog and I will respond promptly to your feedback or requests.

If you are looking for other online resources that have been peered review inn area of electronics technology, please go to http://www.matecnetworks.org/ and keyword search on electronics.
