This was the first week of the new years!  There are a lot of changes with the two programs that I am with.  In fact, one of my projects has changed - unfortunately, I will not be project manager on the MATEC side for the NACK project.  There are three projects that need 150% of my time:  NACK, eSyst, and NetWorks.  While I was willing to give it a shot, it was determined that it would be best for me to focus on eSyst and NetWorks.  These are great projects to work on as well (NetWorks was what I was hired to do when I joined MATEC).  And it is the nature of grant life - you move from project to project as you get done with your bit.  And I won’t be totally away from the NACK team for I do get to work with them on their webinars, as well be their webinar host.  Working with Bob, Amy, and Jamie of NACK has been an awesome experience. 

But since I get to focus my time on eSyst and NetWorks - it means there are some special things that I am doing right now but can’t share with you until those projects are completed.  But look for an announcement from eSyst in a week or two, and one from NetWorks in around the same time period or a little later.  Then you will get to see what I have been working on.
